About Beet It Sport Nitrate 3000 concentrate
Beet It Sport Nitrate 3000 concentrate contains 7.5 daily servings of 400mg dietary nitrate (3,000mg per 250ml) packed into each 250ml bottle, derived solely from concentrated beetroot juice. One serving size is 33ml. The dose can be consumed on its own as a shot, mixed with food (e.g. pasta sauce, muesli, porridge, smoothies or yoghurt) or consumed with water.
