In all sports, athletes are constantly on the lookout and searching for different ways to stay healthy and enhance their nutrition. Nutrition is vital for athletes, especially when exerting maximum levels of fitness, focus, and endurance. An athlete’s body needs the nutritional support and maintenance of a well balanced diet to perform. By eating the right foods and drinking well helps to fuel the body during training, competitive games, and recovery, especially when training for a long amount of hours.
I mostly use beet juice in my practice and the beetroot bar after my practice. I have seen it’s effective at improving my performance, as I am able to use oxygen more efficiently.
